XY-Wing Technique

The XY-Wing is an advanced technique that uses three cells and three candidates. If cell A has candidates (X,Y), cell B has (Y,Z), and cell C has (X,Z), and A shares a unit with both B and C, you can eliminate certain candidates.

This technique is powerful for breaking through difficult situations in hard and expert-level puzzles where basic elimination techniques aren't sufficient.
